I am Aaron – a lead product designer focused on driving growth through data.

In my current role at Allergan Aesthetics, I design dashboards, reports, and marketing tools to help medical aesthetics practices acquire new patients and retain existing ones. I am a lead on the Marketing tribe and currently operate around 75% as an individual contributor and 25% as a manager.

The marketing tribe has delivered products that have increased revenue for providers and has generated over $10 Million in revenue (in under 6 months) by using data to power email marketing campaigns and lead generation.



Intro

I live in Boston, MA – where I originally moved to go to Berklee College of Music. Music led to notation led to graphic design led to this.

I excel at designing scalable, systematic solutions. I care deeply about the visual design as well as the user experience, and push my peers to deliver designs at a high level.
I especially appreciate Product Managers who are data-driven but also ready to move on strong ideas through iteration and feedback loops.

Insights dashboard

Allergan for Business (A4B) helps providers manage their aesthetics patients (think BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM®, etc.). When I started, Insights was eight tables – now we have a dashboard, filterable patient lists, and more.

I was tasked by the VP of Design to redesign the menu header for Grubhub. I designed some components, I designed some layouts, I tried to make it better.

An internal tool at Rhino was requiring a lot of time to accomplish highly repetitive tasks. Through a restructuring of the user flows, we managed to decrease the time required to accomplish core tasks by over 50%.

As part of my responsibilities as a product designer on the Grubhub enterprise agency team – I was tasked with creating a design system from the ground up. Trickier still, these components all had to be stylable.

Content feed

I was tasked with redesigning the home page to support a modular “content feed.” This involves a dynamic parallax header, a shift in navigation through a traditional bottom tab bar, and a scrolling feed of cards.
